These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and j1999 ("j1999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at j1999.bet and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a j1999 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or claiming a bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by the j1999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

j1999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including prior to approving the first withdrawal, upon detecting unusual account activity, or as part of routine KYC procedures. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) j1999 account only. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where j1999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all accounts, confiscate bonus balances, and, in cases of deliberate abuse, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your j1999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. j1999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Should you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact j1999 Customer Support immediately via the live chat service or by emailing [email protected]. j1999 will investigate and, where appropriate, place a temporary hold on account activity while the investigation is conducted.

j1999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 2;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months;
• j1999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.

j1999 maintains a PKR-denominated wallet for each registered player. Deposits may be made using any of the payment methods currently listed in the cashier section of the Platform, which at present include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and j1999 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered j1999 player. j1999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the deposit reversed, less any applicable bank charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time. j1999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless j1999 expressly permits an alternative arrangement in writing;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of request;
• j1999 targets same-business-day processing for verified JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required;
• j1999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

All bets placed on the j1999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. Cricket betting is subject to cricket-specific settlement rules; football betting to football-specific rules; and so forth. j1999 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on a market that was opened or offered in error;
• Amend the terms of or void a bet where the odds were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a system error;
• Void or suspend markets where the integrity of an event is called into question;
• Limit the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any market at any time without prior notice;
• Refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where j1999 suspects the bet is part of an arbitrage or bonus abuse strategy.

For live casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game govern the outcome of each round. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, j1999's server records shall be the definitive record of the state of play and the applicable outcome. j1999 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

Bets and casino wagers are final once confirmed. j1999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet or game round, except where the bet or round is subsequently voided in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules.

j1999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL seasonal promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all j1999 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• j1999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly;

j1999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account at the time a promotion is discontinued, the applicable wagering requirements will remain in effect until the bonus either expires or is played through to completion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j1999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, interact with casino games, or harvest odds data from the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — any such errors must be reported to j1999 immediately and any winnings derived from an unintentional error may be voided;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are offered;
• Using the j1999 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit pricing inefficiencies ("arbitrage") in a manner that j1999 determines to be conducted in bad faith or at commercial scale;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j1999 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Impersonating another person or entity in connection with a j1999 account or transaction.

Where j1999 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, void any open or settled bets associated with the conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the j1999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of j1999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or transmit any part of the Platform content without j1999's prior written consent;
• Use any j1999 branding, trademarks, or service marks in connection with any product or service not operated by j1999;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any j1999 software.

Any use of j1999 intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence granted herein requires j1999's prior written consent, which may be withheld at j1999's absolute discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill;
• Any interruption in Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond j1999's reasonable control;
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform.

j1999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j1999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit j1999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

j1999 processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at j1999.bet/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a j1999 account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

If Customer Support is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to j1999's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". j1999 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days.

j1999 and the player agree that any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
